## Overview [#overview]

After creating your brand, Beai launches the **Prompt Wizard** — an AI-powered tool that analyzes your website and generates relevant prompts for tracking. These prompts are the questions Beai will ask AI models to monitor your brand's visibility.

## Wizard Steps [#wizard-steps]

The wizard walks you through five stages:

### 1. Analyze Your Website [#1-analyze-your-website]

Beai visits your website and extracts information about your products, services, and offerings.

### 2. Discover Keywords [#2-discover-keywords]

Based on the analysis, Beai generates relevant keywords that people might search for when looking for products or services like yours.

You can review and adjust the suggested keywords before continuing.

### 3. Identify Competitors [#3-identify-competitors]

Beai suggests competitors based on your products and industry. These are the brands you want to track alongside your own in AI responses.

Add, remove, or edit competitors as needed.

### 4. Define Personas [#4-define-personas]

Beai creates buyer personas that represent the types of people who would search for your products. Different personas may trigger different AI responses.

### 5. Generate Prompts [#5-generate-prompts]

Combining keywords, competitors, and personas, Beai generates a set of tracking prompts. Each prompt is a question that will be asked to AI models.

Review the generated prompts and select the ones you want to track. You can also add custom prompts.

## After the Wizard [#after-the-wizard]

Once you confirm the prompts, Beai marks your brand as onboarded and you're taken to the main dashboard. The worker will begin querying AI models on the next scheduled run.

You can always add, edit, or disable prompts later in **Settings → Prompts**. If you passed on suggestions during setup, or want fresh ideas later, click **Suggest Prompts** there: Beai adds prompts your brand doesn't track yet to the top of your list, marked as suggested. Edit or remove any you don't want, then save to start tracking the rest. Each brand gets 5 suggestion runs per 24 hours.

## Manual Prompt Creation [#manual-prompt-creation]

If you prefer to skip the wizard or want to add prompts later, go to **Settings → Prompts** and add them manually. Each prompt needs:

- **Text** — The question to ask AI models
- **Tags** — Optional tags for filtering and organization
- **Enabled** — Toggle tracking on or off for individual prompts
