Brand Setup
Create your brand profile so Beai knows what to track.
Your First Brand
After signing in for the first time, Beai shows the Brand Onboarding screen. This is where you tell Beai about your brand.
Enter your website URL (e.g. https://yourbrand.com) and click Continue. Beai creates your brand profile and redirects you to the dashboard.
What Beai Extracts
From your website URL, Beai identifies:
- Brand name — Parsed from your site's metadata
- Primary domain — The domain you entered
- Industry context — Used to generate relevant prompts in the next step
Managing Brand Details Later
After initial setup, you can update your brand's details in Settings → Brand:
- Name — Your brand name as it should appear in AI responses
- Website — Your primary website URL
- Domains — Additional domains associated with your brand
- Aliases — Alternative names or spellings AI models might use
Multiple Brands
In local deployment mode, Beai operates as a single-organization instance.
